Where do you ship to?
We offer a flat shipping rate to all 50 states in the US. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
What are the standard delivery times for goods and services after product purchases?
Our products are sourced and printed by our printing partners in the US. Therefore, it can take, on average, between 1-3 weeks for purchased items to reach your doorstep, depending on your location. This timeframe may extend due to delays beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee specific timelines for fulfillment, shipping, and delivery, we promise to do our best to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays in delivery or buyer’s remorse.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Can I change my address or products once I place an order?
Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

What's your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made to order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@dashwear.store within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include pictures of the damage. We will be happy to assist you.
We encourage our customers to refer to our size charts, which are available on the product page, or contact us if they have any questions before placing their order.
Is your order missing an item?
Sometimes, we’ll ship items from different warehouses depending on the fastest way to get your order to you. Sit tight for a few more days, and your item is more than likely to show up in a separate package.
Will my entire order come in one delivery?
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive these items in separate packages. As we have multiple warehouses, we will ship your items from the closest location to you. This may result in items arriving at different times.
How can I check the status of my order?

What qualifies as a "business day”?
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U. S. holidays.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged immediately.
